Job summary

Insomniac Events is seeking a Project Manager, Elevated Experiences to support planning, organization, and execution across festivals and events. The role reports to the Director of Elevated Experiences and focuses on VIP experiences from load-in to load-out.

The ideal candidate brings project management experience in live events, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills, with willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management for live events or experiential activations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for handling multiple shows
• Excellent communication and ability to work across teams
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to troubleshoot in high-pressure environments
• Willingness to travel and work varying hours as event schedules require
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic production setting

Responsibilities

• Manage furniture rentals for Elevated Experiences, including sourcing, ordering, delivery timelines, on-site placement, and returns
• Oversee Warehouse Pull Sheets to ensure inventory is prepped and accounted for
• Own the All-Info document, keeping details current and cross-departmentally shared
• Maintain department Purchase Tracker ensuring spend is logged and aligned with budget
• Assist with site advancing including mapping needs, vendor coordination, signage plans, and on-site build requirements
• Support credential advancing, including ticketing needs and access levels
• Collaborate with VIP FOH/BOH, creative, logistics, and production teams to align elements and schedule
• Provide on-site managerial support during load-in, show days, and load-out
• Help improve processes, workflows, and documentation for better team organization
