Job summary

JLL is seeking an Event Coordinator to support planning and execution of internal and external events, delivering high-touch hospitality and exceptional client experiences. You will serve as the primary contact for conference center clients, handling scheduling, catering, AV needs, and post-event follow-up.

The role requires coordination of VIP events, managing room calendars, and liaising with suppliers to ensure flawless event delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or proven experience in event planning or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or related field.
• Exceptional customer service with high-touch delivery.
• Excellent time management and professional communication across all levels.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Outlook and SharePoint room booking systems.
• Coordinate with technicians, cleaners and reception for meeting setups.
• Ensure accurate room booking information is displayed every morning.
• Monitor room signage, furniture and AV/VC equipment.
• Plan and organize meetings and events including contractor training.
