The position requires 3–5 years of high-level service, ServSafe and allergen certifications, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation includes a 27.21–30.23 USD/hour range, with pay commensurate with experience, and a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• NRA ServSafe alcohol certification.
• MRA Allergen certification.
• 3–5 years of high-level table service in fine dining, catering, or luxury hotel.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Fluent in English (speaking and reading).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates, and delivers service for on- and off-site catered events.
• Provides bar service and premier service.
• Responds timely and professionally to customer needs.
• Trains students, temps, and on-call staff to BC levels of service.
• Assists with planning, packing, delivery, and setup of events.
• Works flexible event schedule including evenings and weekends.
