Lead Catering Staff - Connors Center, Dover, MA
Supervises, coordinates, and delivers service for on- and off-site catered events, including bar service and premier service. Provides a timely and professional response to the needs of the customers. Moderately heavy lifting is necessary.
Reports to General Manager
Assist in monitoring work of student, temporary, and on-call waitstaff or bartenders or other temporary staff.
Hiring Range: $27.21/hr to $30.23/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.
High school diploma required. Must understand all aspects of white glove banquet service. NRA ServSafe alcohol certification and MRA Allergen certification required. Experience: 3-5 years of high-level table service in a fine dining or catering environment or luxury hotel; Must be minimum 21 years of age. Fluent in speaking and reading English. Excellent human relations and interpersonal skills. Must have very good organizational skills and able to work in fast paced environment. Must be able to lift moderately heavy objects, up to 50 pounds. on an on-going basis.
