Job summary

Proof of the Pudding, operator of COTA Catering, is seeking Bartenders to join the concessions team. Bartenders are responsible for product inventory, selling simple beverages, operating a point of sale system, following policies, and bar clean up post event.

Work assignments and tasks can change daily based on the immediate needs of the event calendar. Proof of the Pudding offers a part-time hourly position with free meal while working, opportunities for advancement, and on-the-job training at

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of bartending experience.
• Must hold a TABC.
• Familiarity with Square POS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre & post bar setup/breakdown.
• Set bar up in a timely manner and ice down products.
• Communicate with bar back personnel for replenishment.
• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate a point of sale system to collect funds.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist guests throughout the event.
• Record closing inventory and balance bar consumption vs sales.
• Store all inventory as directed and follow alcohol policies.
