Job summary

Bybit is seeking a data professional to analyze VIP user behavior across the full lifecycle, build dashboards for VIP and Earn metrics, and conduct deep-dive analyses on product engagement and revenue signals. The role supports cross-functional teams and requires deep SQL expertise, Python or R, and BI tooling experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis or BI experience.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
• Background in financial products, wealth management, or fintech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze VIP user behavior across the full lifecycle and engagement patterns.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for VIP program and Earn metrics.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on Earn performance, flows, and yields.
• Model LTV and provide data-driven recommendations for tier design and retention.
• Monitor data quality across VIP and Earn systems and resolve metric discrepancies.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and A/B test analyses for new features.
