Job summary

BetMGM LLC in the United States is seeking a sharp, analytically driven Sr. Sports Analyst to join our Sports Analytics team.

You will support data-driven decision making by delivering actionable insights on bonus, VIP, pricing, margins, and the broader sports business. You will lead multiple projects, build and maintain complex datasets and dashboards, design experiments (A/B and multivariate tests), automate manual tasks, and mentor junior analysts while partnering with product, trading,

Qualifications

• 4+ years commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence or data science.
• Advanced use of SQL and large complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience building clear, stakeholder-ready dashboards and visualisations using Tableau/Looker/Power BI.
• Strong analytical communication skills for presenting to senior audiences.
• Experience leading analytical strategies across the commercial business.
• Experience designing and analysing A/B or multivariate tests to evaluate interventions.
• Experience working with large and sometimes incomplete data sets.
• Expert understanding of the sports and betting industry in the United States.
• Regulated iGaming experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
