Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician - Deskside in Washington, DC. The role provides 2nd level escalation and hands-on support for executive staff, including remote and on-site troubleshooting of hardware and software, printers, mobile devices, and network issues.

You will document incidents, coordinate with vendors, and assist on new deployments while traveling across the DC area as needed. Strong communication and VIP service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 4+ years in desk-side/service support, including VIP staff.
• Secret clearance required; active status preferred.
• Certifications MCP/Google IT Support/HDI-CSR are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level escalation and desk-side support to executive staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software; assist VIPs with white-glove service when needed.
• Document incidents, tickets, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Travel to client sites in the DC area for on-site break/fix tickets.
• Collaborate with vendors and participate in deployments and testing.
