Job summary

Eagle Wireless in the United States seeks a Customer Program Manager to own VIP customer relationships from kickoff through production and delivery. You will drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.

The role demands exceptional communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the credibility to handle escalations with customers while keeping internal teams aligned.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in customer program management or related roles.
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations with ownership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication under time pressure.
• Strong organizational skills; track every open item and commitments.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary external-facing point of contact for VIP customers across full program lifecycle.
• Own the customer relationship with accountability for satisfaction and commitments.
• Lead structured program reviews with customers on delivery timelines and milestones.
• Manage end-to-end escalations, mobilize internal resources, and communicate status.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to meet commitments and surface blockers.
• Maintain rigorous program documentation: notes, trackers, risk logs, schedules.
• Track delivery schedules and order status, flag risks early.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Support onboarding of new strategic customers into Eagle’s processes.
• Contribute to SOPs and operating model as the function scales.
