Job summary

Eagle Wireless is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer programs across the full product lifecycle, from initial engagement and design through certification and manufacturing ramp. This role requires hands-on experience moving a product from development to release, coordinating across engineering, supply chain, quality, and external manufacturers.

The candidate will manage timelines, risks, and communication with customers and internal leadership, driving process improvements within the PMO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing a product through full development cycle to manufacturing release.
• Experience with contract manufacturers or external manufacturing partners.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, BOM/ECO management, and manufacturing readiness gates.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination skills across engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting status to customers and leadership.
• Proficiency with program tracking tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence) and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer-facing programs end-to-end from design through volume manufacturing.
• Own program timelines and milestones from NPI through mass production.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts and communicate status clearly.
• Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, quality, and CM partners to ensure readiness.
• Support NPI activities including design reviews, build coordination, and manufacturing readiness.
• Manage BOM, ECO, and documentation control with engineering and supply chain.
• Track regulatory and carrier certification requirements to support milestones.
• Support manufacturing transfer and cutover activities with design and sites.
