Job summary

TAG USA in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Travel Executive to support our corporate travel program. You will manage client travel needs, craft itineraries, and coordinate air, hotel, and rail arrangements while meeting budgets and client preferences.

You will service inquiries, bookings, and ticketing with accuracy, resolve issues promptly, and negotiate favorable rates with vendors to maximize profitability. Weekend/on-call coverage may be required in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of travel agency experience.
• Strong knowledge of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues.
• GDS experience (Galileo preferred).
• Experience handling VIP, entertainment clients, and/or group travel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client travel requirements and craft itineraries within budgets.
• Fully service inquiries, bookings, and ticketing with high-quality documentation.
• Report, investigate, and resolve errors and client complaints with service excellence.
• Negotiate best rates with vendors to reduce client expenditure.
• Process administrative tasks and reconcile transactions with Finance.
• Maintain timely communication and support for the team; assist training.
