Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a VIP Corporate Travel Consultant to manage executive travel, including air, car, hotel, and ground transport. A paid four‑week training program will boost Sabre skills and contract airfares.

This role focuses on delivering high‑level service to busy executives across domestic and international itineraries. You will handle bookings, ticketing, and changes with professionalism, maintaining PNRS compliance and strong client relationships in a 40‑hour week

Qualifications

• 3+ years of VIP/Executive travel experience.
• 5+ years of high-end travel industry customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and ticket issuance.
• Experience with ticketing procedures and handling complex itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to C-suite travelers and staff with professionalism.
• Provide consultative booking support and create tailored itineraries.
• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transport for domestic and international travel.
• Manage PNRS and profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and changes per company policy.
• Stay informed about airline regulations, fare requirements, and routing options.
