Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front desk or related customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform room inspections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences during the guest's stay.
• Serve as primary liaison between guests, hotel departments, and external vendors for seamless communication and timely requests.
• Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining, entertainment, and wine to enhance guest experiences.
• Build relationships with guests through proactive engagement and tailored suggestions to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain compliance with Food Handling, Responsible Vendor, and safety policies.
