Job summary

Georgia Ports Authority is seeking a Customer Experience - Commercial & VIP Agent to support commercial growth and elevate customer service. The role coordinates between Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, IT, Finance, and customers to maintain strong communication and satisfaction.

The incumbent will work with VIP accounts, manage leads, and monitor KPIs while ensuring accurate records in Salesforce and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in sales support, customer experience, or commercial operations.
• 1–3 years experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in logistics, transportation, or international trade preferred.
• 1–3 years experience working with operational or customer service KPIs.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Knowledge of international trade, logistics, and port operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales leads, market trends, and customer opportunities with Marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales Support to grow leads and support sales.
• Monitor Sales KPIs, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
• Maintain customer contact records in Salesforce and Outlook.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Finance for VIP accounts and cargo flow.
• Provide custom reporting to VIP accounts as needed.
• Support in achieving VIP KPIs and service standards.
• Participate in process improvement and cross-functional teams.
• Promote a customer-focused culture with responsiveness and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned
