GSP Transportation in Savannah, GA is seeking a Sales Agent (CSA) to greet customers, assess needs, explain rental options, and recommend value-added products from reservation to return.

You will drive sales while delivering exceptional service, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (3 years).
• At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency including data entry, typing, and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service throughout the customer journey, including reservations, vehicle pickup, returns, and issue resolution.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, rates, and available services clearly and accurately.
• Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Engage customers in consultative sales conversations and recommend protection products, vehicle upgrades, and options.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by maximizing each interaction and converting opportunities into solutions.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and ensure cleanliness and safety readiness.
• Protect customer information and follow rental procedures.
• Support daily location operations and complete required training.
• Maintain current job knowledge and strengthen relevant skills.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

• Meet or exceed individual and location sales goals by maximizing each customer interaction, overcoming objections, and converting opportunities into solutions that benefit both the customer and the business.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and verify that each vehicle meets cleanliness, safety, and readiness standards.
• Safeguard customer information and comply with company rental and operating procedures.
• Support daily location operations by maintaining a professional work area, completing required training, and assisting with assigned tasks.
• Maintain current job knowledge and continuously strengthen relevant skills.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications

Required

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and a satisfactory three-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, typing, and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Management Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
