• Guest Service & Welcome: Greet owners and VIP guests and verify lounge access as per policy.
• Food & Beverage Management: Set up, replenish, and maintain displays with proper presentation and food safety standards.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep lounge, kitchen, bar, and restrooms clean and stocked during shift.
• Opening & Closing Duties: Complete daily setup and breakdown tasks, manage serviceware inventory.
• Communication & Support: Coordinate with front desk, culinary, and housekeeping teams and assist guests.
