This is a relationship-focused role blending customer care, proactive engagement, and strong knowledge of the betting and gaming industry to retain high-value customers and assist with prize claims and account questions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP customers and serve as the trusted point of contact.
• Provide personalized assistance via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Make proactive outbound calls and conduct regular outreach to understand needs.
• Build relationships by learning customer preferences and engagement patterns.
• Assist with prize claims and account-related questions, payments, withdrawals, and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify churn risks and escalate insights to the Relationship Manager.
• Document interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
