Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a Casino Marketing Executive to cultivate the high-value player market for Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and the casino. You will develop and maintain market strategies, programs, and a database of VIP guests to drive profitability.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hosting experience in casino or hospitality industry.
Established VIP casino player book or network.
Ability to obtain gaming license.
Knowledge of player rewards programs and casino operations.
Public relations and community engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to cultivate the market for new and existing high-value casino guests.
Manage the player development program.
Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure successful execution and profitability.
Host high-value guests and accommodate their needs within program guidelines.
Attend required training sessions and comply with laws and policies.
Take steps to prevent underage gambling and ensure responsible gaming.
Understand casino ordinances and program specifics related to player development.
