Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks a dynamic VIP Host in Las Vegas to continually grow a premium player base and deliver exceptional guest service. You will cultivate one-on-one relationships, drive revenues through telemarketing, direct outreach, and on/off-site events.

Responsibilities include personalizing guest experiences, coordinating with marketing, monitoring comps and activity, and representing the company at events to build loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum five years of customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and player tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop premium players and ensure quality service according to marketing strategies.
• Recruit high-level players via direct mail, telemarketing, referrals, and events.
• Build and sustain one-to-one relationships with premium guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Monitor comps and revenue from marketing activities.
• Represent the company in public relations and marketing efforts.
• Support guest loyalty programs and events.
