Resorts World New York City is seeking an Executive Casino Host to cultivate relationships with VIP players, supervise the Host team, and drive revenue through relationship marketing and comp management.
The role emphasizes excellence in guest service, event attendance, and collaboration with marketing to promote rewards programs and promotions, with an incentive program in place.
Under the direction of the VP of Casino Marketing, the Executive Casino Host is responsible for recognition, building and maintaining relationships with targeted domestic players. The Executive Casino Host oversees the administration of domestic Casino Hosts, ensuring adherence to department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations. This position is eligible for an incentive program determined by management. The casino gaming sales force is measured and evaluated on their contribution to the financial growth, specifically revenue gained through relationship marketing of their VIP players.
Must be at least 18 years old and must obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations. High school Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Three (3) years as a Casino Host experience in a high‑volume or service/hospitality related field with one (1) year in a supervisory capacity. Experience with direct and indirect contact with customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and friendly outgoing personality required. Must possess excellent customer service, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills. Strong knowledge of player tracking systems, comping. Must be able to analyze and understand each ethnic group’s Culture and Customs in order to provide accurate presentation and services. Must have proficient computer skills.

Essential responsibilities include moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least fifteen (15) pounds, and prolonged sitting during the shift.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other Team Members or guests. Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, Korean, and/or Vietnamese required. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to compute complex mathematical calculations. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintain reports upon request with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
