Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Casino Host who thrives on building lasting guest relationships and delivering world-class hospitality on the casino floor. You will welcome guests, host promotions and exclusive experiences, and collaborate with Marketing, Player Development, Table Games, and Slots to create seamless VIP experiences.

Two years of related experience in guest services, hospitality, or sales is preferred, with a focus on loyalty growth and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in guest services, sales, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Casino, hotel, luxury hospitality, player development, or account management experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming Permit.
• Strong communication, networking, telemarketing, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service from arrival to departure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players and valued guests.
• Promote player rewards programs and encourage guest enrollment.
• Host guests during special events, promotions, and exclusive experiences.
• Partner with Marketing, Player Development, Table Games, Slots, and other departments to create seamless guest experiences.
• Make thoughtful complimentary decisions based on guest play and loyalty.
• Identify new opportunities to grow business and attract high-value players.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Deliver personalized, real-time service that keeps guests coming back.
