Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a friendly Marketing Ambassador to welcome guests, enroll new players, assist with events and promotions, and answer questions about hotel rooms and services. The position supports marketing initiatives, promotes club benefits, and requires basic computer skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or ability to pass Basic Skills Assessment.
• 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, guest service, promotions, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; familiarity with internet research and email communication.
• Money-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of casino amenities, promotions, events, and entertainment; assist Guests and Associates with accurate information.
• Assist in the execution of casino promotions, events, drawings, and entertainment from setup to teardown.
• Promote player’s club loyalty by educating Guests about club benefits and offerings.
• Enrol and manage guest accounts in the players club system, redeem points and comps; ensure accurate coupon tracking and funds handling.
• Answer incoming calls with courtesy and direct needs to the appropriate contact.
