Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, MN seeks a Manager of Hotel and Resort Services to lead Front Office and Resort Services, optimizing guest experience and operational efficiency. You will drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and coordinate with casino operations to meet demand patterns across a 750+ room property.
The role requires a Bachelor's in business or hospitality and 5+ years in hospitality, with 3+ years of leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field.
- 5+ years of hospitality experience in guest services, hotel front desk, call center, or revenue management.
- 3+ years of progressive people leadership experience.
- Experience managing operations in a large resort/casino hotel with 500+ rooms is preferred.
- Experience with PMS and hotel operational technologies.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
- Ability to schedule and manage labor based on demand.
Responsibilities
- Lead Front Office and Resort Services for exceptional guest experience.
- Oversee 750+ room property operations and occupancy cycles.
- Develop standards for service excellence and efficiency.
- Coordinate with revenue management on inventory and demand forecasts.
- Lead budgeting, variance reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Coach and develop department leaders and frontline staff.
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Facilities, Security, Marketing, and Casino Ops.
