Job summary

Gold Country Casino Resort in Oroville, CA is seeking energetic part-time food service team members to deliver prompt, friendly dining service. You will assist seating guests, describe menu items, upsell where appropriate, and ensure accurate order taking and timely delivery from kitchen to table.

You will also help with bussing, handling payments or forwarding to the cashier, and maintaining a clean service area while collaborating with all restaurant staff.

Responsibilities

• Upsell premium options, larger sizes, or add-ons to enhance experience.
• Record guest orders accurately and note special requests or allergies.
• Relay orders to kitchen and deliver courses to guests.
• Provide attentive service throughout dining and pre-bus tables as needed.
• Total and deliver bills; assist with payment or refer to cashier.
• May ladle soup, toss salads, portion desserts, brew coffee, and perform other duties.
• Keep service area clean and tidy; collaborate with front and back of house team.
• Strive to promote casino and restaurant promotions to guests.
