Responsibilities
- Grow theoretical win and operating income under the Player Development/Casino Marketing team.
- Develop programs to cultivate high-value casino guests.
- Monitor programs and analyze betting habits and credit levels.
- Host guests and arrange reservations, transportation and accommodation.
- Approve credit and airfare prudently per guidelines.
- Organize special functions and participate in telemarketing for events.
- May supervise areas of Player Development/Casino Marketing as needed.
- Identify VIP customers on and off property to grow the database.
