Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Casino Host to serve as the primary contact for our most valuable guests. Your goal is to build genuine relationships and ensure every visit feels special, with on-floor visibility to greet guests and fulfill needs.

You will manage complimentary offers based on play history, resolve disputes, and promote casino programs and events. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and maintain

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in casino operations or sales; resort or sales background preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with high-end guests.
• Excellent customer service and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; varied shifts including weekends/holidays; must obtain gaming licenses and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end guests through calls, emails, texts, and in-person meetings to maximize gaming revenue.
• Be present on the casino floor to greet guests, promote casino programs, and coordinate special events.
• Address and resolve guest disputes and complaints to ensure a satisfactory outcome for both guest and company.
• Stay up to date on casino promotions and events to attract new guests and drive loyalty.
• Make informed decisions about complimentary offers for guests based on gaming history and profitability.
