Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is hiring for an entry-level position in a dynamic casino environment. You will work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Expect exposure to smoke and crowd noise with health-conscious benefits and opportunities for growth.

You will handle guest transactions, deliver quality hospitality, and uphold safety and service standards across food and beverage operations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
Ability to complete all required alcohol awareness training.
Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.

Responsibilities

Ensure that high-quality food and beverages are served to guests at all times.
Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking IDs to verify the minimum drinking age.
Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests.
Maintain cleanliness standards for your assigned station and shared work areas.
Handle financial transactions and process guest payments accurately.
Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment.
