Responsabilidades

• Explain features and benefits of the Rewards Card Program and related promotions to guests.
• Solicit and document guest information for marketing research.
• Maintain data integrity and issue rewards for gaming activity.
• Promote Running Creek Casino with enthusiasm and great service.
• Assist in events and promotions as needed.
• Sell gift shop and tobacco items and manage inventory.
