Job summary
MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Casino Marketing Executive to drive guest engagement through personalized incentives and careful decision-making. You will analyze player activity, curate tailored experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver memorable hospitality moments.
The role requires 3+ years in hospitality or casino marketing, weekend/holiday flexibility, and eligibility to work in the United States.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior relevant experience in hospitality, casino marketing, or a related field.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the country located.
Responsibilities
- Determine and evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide incentives and approve limited comps and allowances.
- Maintain property’s customer base to support development efforts.
- Manage customers’ reservations using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA & PATRON systems.
- Grant limited marker authorization limits to qualifying customers when authorized.
- Assist in managing customers to profitable levels and collaborate with teams to promote marketing efforts.
