Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year serving in a fast-paced venue.
• Must meet state legal age requirements.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food handler card required.
• Reading and writing abilities for taking orders and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage and food orders promptly and professionally.
• Serve cocktails and/or menu items; up-sell when taking orders.
• Maintain professionalism with energy and friendly service.
• Communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and kitchen staff; use POS system.
• Monitor guest age and alcohol consumption; coordinate with management as needed.
• Handle cash and payments accurately and reconcile sales.
• Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen for orders; provide timely service.
