Qualifications

• Food service experience and general knowledge of bar/nightclub operations.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Must be 18+ (age depending on state regulations).
• Communication skills are used when interacting with guests, cooks, wait staff, and supervisors.
• Reading and writing abilities are used when taking orders and paperwork.
• Mathematical skills, including basic math, are used frequently.

Responsibilities

• Show energetic, outgoing, fun demeanor while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform basic bar prep: refill ice, restock beer/liquor, cut garnishes.
• Change empty kegs in keg room and move full kegs of beer.
• Maintain a clean bar by cleaning spills and taking out trash.
• Organize bar and drink ware; clear and clean bar promptly.
• Handle more than one task at a time.
• Provide polite, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and guests.
• Complete all side work as assigned.
