Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and motivation to succeed.
• Persuasive communication to set appointments.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong computer skills and phone presence.
• Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and emails (100+ outbound calls).
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments, gauge satisfaction.
• Respond to internet inquiries via email/phone.
• Schedule and reschedule sales appointments, including no-shows.
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
• Follow up with existing/past/potential customers to generate leads.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
