Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group seeks a VIP Manager to support the sales team at Volkswagen of Sanford. You will schedule customer appointments via outbound and inbound calls and respond to internet inquiries, driving both lead generation and sales opportunities.

We value great customer service, persuasive communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships. Prior sales experience, call center or BDC background, and automotive industry exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and motivation to succeed.
Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
Able to create and maintain customer relationships.
Excellent computer skills and phone presence.
Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience preferred.
1+ years Automotive industry experience.
18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy.

Responsibilities

Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails (100+ outbound calls).
Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
Answer customer internet inquiries by both email and phone.
Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
Follow up with existing, past, and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Other duties as assigned by management
