Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage inquiries by phone and email.
• Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails (100+ outbound calls).
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
• Answer internet inquiries by email and phone, schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Contact customers about current marketing incentives and generate leads.
