Job summary

Comlux America is seeking a seasoned MRO Structures Lead to provide technical leadership for VIP aircraft completion, modification, and maintenance projects in Indianapolis. You will guide Structures Technicians, interpret drawings and manuals, and ensure work meets engineering data, regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 years of aircraft structures experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring Structures Technicians.
• Experience interpreting drawings, blueprints, and engineering data.
• FAA A and preferred A&P certificates beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the Structures team for VIP aircraft projects.
• Plan and assign work based on production needs and resources.
• Provide hands-on guidance, training, and mentorship to technicians.
• Interpret and apply engineering drawings and data.
• Ensure all work complies with FAA regs and company standards.
• Support engineering changes and aircraft modification requirements.
• Promote safety and communicate status to leadership.
