Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of high-end VIP aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Communicate schedule goals, conformance, quality, and safety at shift start-up meetings.
• Lead and coach technicians to improve productivity and control costs.
• Assign work to optimize resources and ensure backup plans are in place.
