Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking an experienced extrusion technician to own and operate the vinyl siding extrusion line. You will setup, run, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the process to meet quality standards and customer expectations.

The role involves 12-hour shifts (7:00am–7:00pm or 7:00pm–7:00am) at our Ohio facility, with a starting pay of 24.00–30.01 USD per hour plus a 2.00 USD shift differential for night shifts. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires.

Qualifications

• Hands-on extrusion experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Good math and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set up and teardown extrusion line, install/change dies.
• Start up and produce quality finished products.
• Troubleshoot and monitor extrusion lines.
• Maintain production records and scrap/downtime data.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping.
