Job summary

Fanatics Collect is seeking a Vintage Sales Representative to support auction, fixed-price sales, and vault storage operations. You will contact clients, report sales statistics, and coordinate with teams to ensure a premium experience for collectors.

The role requires knowledge of the trading card market, strong communication, and travel to trade shows as part of onboarding new B2B partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct communication with clients via phone, email, text, and social media about Fanatics Collect services through auctions, fixed price marketplace, private sales, and vault storage.
• Respond to issues and questions about submissions, curation, invoices, and buying/selling assets.
• Track data related to final asset sales and maintain asset submission reports.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Support for day-to-day client needs.
• Onboard new business-to-business partners and support partner relationships at trade shows.
• Deliver elite customer service with urgency and professionalism.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Vintage Sales Representative is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities in support of the company’s Sales department including contacting potential customers, reporting and analyzing sales statistics, and confirming merchandise from sellers to be placed in auction, fixed price, and/or to be stored in our on-site vault.

The Vintage Sales Representative must demonstrate high-level abilities including problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct communication (phone, email, text, social media) with clients outlining and assisting with all of Fanatics Collect services through auctions, fixed price marketplace, private sales, and vault storage.
• Respond to issues and questions presented by direct clients pertaining to submissions, curation, invoices, and the buying and selling of assets.
• Knowledge of the current trends and timing within the trading card market.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Support with day to day needs for clients.
• Maintain reports of asset submissions.
• Track data related to the final sales of assets.
• Facilitate private sales.
• Customer account maintenance.
• Onboard net new business to business partners.
• Working with business owners to help elevate their business.
• Travelling to trade shows.
• Responding with a sense of urgency.
• Elite customer service.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and navigate in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.
• Sales background preferred.
