Job summary
Iconic Wineries of British Columbia is seeking a Vineyard Business Analyst to transform complex vineyard data into clear, actionable insights that drive productivity and cost visibility across operations. You will design dashboards, analyze productivity, labor metrics, and spending trends; partner with vineyard managers and finance; and help turn data into practical decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business/finance/economics/data analytics/supply chain/agriculture)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis
Responsibilities
- Transform operational vineyard data into actionable insights for productivity and cost visibility
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools across vineyard operations
- Monitor labor, activity costs, and spending trends to improve forecasting and budgeting
- Partner with Vineyard Managers, finance, and procurement to drive data‑driven decision making
