Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of analytics experience in data analytics/data engineering/science.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience building executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Experience owning analytics semantic layer and data definitions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Music Ops, Acquisitions, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Collaborate with data teams to translate questions into scalable analytic solutions.
• Analyze and integrate data from multiple datasets to develop reporting tables and insights.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models.
• Design scalable reporting architecture and executive dashboards for real-time visibility.
