The Village of Bellevue, located in Brown County, seeks an experienced Village Administrator to provide strategic leadership across all departments and to advance the policies and priorities established by the Village Board.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in municipal operations, financial management, strategic planning, human resources and intergovernmental relations, with a demonstrated ability to lead staff and foster a collaborative, service‑oriented culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration or closely related field.
• MPA or related master’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides executive leadership across Village departments and oversees accountability.
• Directs preparation and administration of the annual operating budget and CIP.
• Serves as Village’s chief human resources executive and oversees personnel administration.
• Maintains relationships with residents, businesses and community organizations and oversees communications and community engagement initiatives.
