The Village of Hazel Crest is seeking a forward-thinking Village Manager to provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for a diverse range of municipal functions.

Reporting to the Village President and Board, you will steer economic development, fiscal stewardship, and enhanced service delivery while building a culture of transparency and public service for a growing community.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) or MBA is required.
• Minimum five years of progressive, executive-level municipal management experience in a comparable community.
• Deep knowledge of Illinois municipal laws and council-manager governance.

• Lead strategic and financial stewardship including budget administration and long-term capital planning.
• Direct all Village departments, overseeing staff and ensuring accountable service delivery.
• Engage with the Board, regional agencies, and the public to implement policy and advocate for residents.
