America's First Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to greet members, process transactions, and support their financial needs in a fast-paced branch setting.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier checks, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. The role emphasizes cross-selling and teamwork within a friendly, family-like culture at our Calera, AL location.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• 1–12 months of similar experience; cash handling preferred (6 months).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for member service.

Responsibilities

• Receive, evaluate, and process basic financial transactions incl. deposits, withdrawals, loan payments.
• Post transactions and maintain member records per procedures.
• Greet members and provide accurate information and confidential service.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services as appropriate.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies with Head Teller guidance.
• Reconcile daily transactions and assist with mail, night drop, and ATM deposits.
