About The Opportunity

DMI, LLC is looking for a Video Support Engineer Junior to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide end-user support and training services to CBP’s user community for Video Collaboration (VC) systems.
2. Develop User Guides, Cheat Sheets, and QRGs for VC systems.
3. Assist in troubleshooting user issues when hosting or joining virtual meetings.
4. Apply fundamental concepts on technical assignments.
5. Perform work that requires practical experience and training.
6. Work is performed under supervision.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

• High School diploma with 2-3 years of experience

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

• Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
• Performs work that requires practical experience and training.
• Familiarity with Video Collaboration (VC) systems.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and a Public Trust clearance.

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
