Intelligent Video Solutions (IVS) is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join our growing team in Sussex, Wisconsin. You will coordinate cross-functional groups, manage install projects, and serve as the main point of contact from sale through installation.

This role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service excellence. Travel may be required for training and site visits as we deploy across North America.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in project management or communication (preferred).
• Ability to manage projects of varying complexity.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service and follow-through.
• Technology or project management background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate with install teams.
• Track project prerequisites, site readiness, and timelines.
• Be the main contact from sale to installation and update customers.
• Document all communications and schedule installs.
• Travel as needed for training.
