Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Dover, Delaware, is seeking a Video Customer Support Manager to oversee contract management and service delivery for our video solutions, including Mobile Video and Vehicle Intelligence. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and Customer Success teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and SLA performance is maintained.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lifecycle sustainment account management or 5+ years in customer support/account management for video solutions such as Mobile Video or Vehicle Intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communication/Management/Technology or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Service teams to ensure contract delivery and SLA compliance.
• Own contract management and service delivery to customers; coordinate field resources and escalation processes.
• Maintain service scope and ensure customers understand obligations and deliverables.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure up-to-date operational documents like SOWs and CSPs.
