Job summary

Warner Music Group is seeking a Coordinator, Video Rights Management to support ADA’s video claims operations. You will help clear reference and ownership issues and maintain the source of truth for in-network videos.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant work experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. You will collaborate with ADA teams and YouTube resources in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow up and close items.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate others on new processes.

Responsibilities

• Support video cleanup efforts with ADA teams, liaising with labels and WMG YouTube teams to clear reference and ownership issues.
• Monitor conflicts and resolutions on sound recordings and videos.
• Maintain tracker for new issues and follow the process to address them.
• Maintain metadata around videos for proper claiming.
• Support and maintain the source of truth for ADA’s in-network videos and channels; assist in linking/unlinking processes.
• Help coordinate WMG resources on video-related activities to drive efficiency.
