Job summary

BOLD SCIENCE seeks a Project Manager to own the Video team’s projects in the Delivery group within the Creative department. You will coordinate resourcing, timelines, risk, and client updates to deliver high-impact programs.

Collaborating with Client Service and Creative leads, you will manage freelancers across the U.S. and drive projects from inception through delivery while embracing change and learning new skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within a Creative and Digital agency environment.
• Ability to lead different project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and their frameworks and tools (Kanban, SCRUM).
• Attention to detail, quality control, and meticulous tracking skills.
• Forecasting and ability to feed into business-level goals and objectives.
• Experience in project management tools (Asana, Hive, Jira, Monday).
• Collaborative in issue resolution and a team player.
• Thorough documentation and tracking.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all projects under the Video team with future expansion to other services.
• Explain and advise on methodologies to deliver projects and educate colleagues and clients.
• Produce project status reports, timelines, scopes of work, estimates, risk logs, and financial tracking.
• Responsible for department timesheet completion.
• Champion appropriate deliverable types across departments and match skills to workstreams.
• Client-facing scenarios, resolve issues and provide subject-matter expertise with ownership.
• Collaborate with fellow PMs to secure resources with minimal impact on commitments.
• Identify resources with department leads, balancing budget, timeline, and issues.
• Ensure daily priorities and deliverables are communicated to the team.
• Coordinate daily with UK and US teams for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain a positive environment and demonstrate ownership and leadership.
