Job summary

Hearts & Science, part of Omnicom Media Group, seeks an Associate Director to guide the Video Investment team and translate strategy into action. You will foster client and partner relationships, drive innovative video campaigns, and oversee performance metrics and reporting to optimize results.

With 5+ years in advertising and media, you will collaborate with the Director to set priorities, allocate tasks, and measure performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years knowledge of advertising, marketing and media.
• Understanding of media element performance individually and in combination.
• Understanding of Investment side capabilities and marketplace dynamics.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide a cohesive team.
• Clear understanding of marketplace strategies with Director collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain team dynamics with focus on learning and innovation.
• Ensure strategic consistency across plan development and implementation.
• Grow and service client relationships proactively.
• Manage large partner relationships and foresee future needs for clients.
• Provide thought leadership in video marketing and technology to juniors.
• Develop clear performance metrics and reports to measure KPIs.
• Analyze historical and current campaign results to optimize learning and improvement.
• Oversee video campaigns buying and implementation, coordinate resources and best practices.
