Clients Blackbox is seeking a highly organized Creative Project Coordinator to oversee video projects from assignment through completion, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables meet quality standards for our performance marketing campaigns.

In a full-time remote contractor role, you will perform QA on pacing, captions, audio, transitions and branding, provide clear revision feedback to editors, and maintain organized workflows while collaborating with a fast-paced global team.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

• 1,800–2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!

• Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
• Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting
• Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors
• Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team
